European Space Elevator Competition June 2011! - 2010/10/16 15:50 The first European Space Elevator Competition will be held June 10-12, 2011 (alternate date if necessary 16-18 June) at the Technical University of Munich, Garching Campus - Garching Forschungszentrum, Germany. The latest info will be available at http://eusec.warr.de but in the meantime you can email us at j.winter@eurospaceward.org for a copy of the first EuSEC Handbook and flyers. Registration deadline for teams is three months before the competition.

Re:European Space Elevator Competition June 2011! - 2011/03/18 16:51 Four teams have entered the competition so far:
-"Earth-Track-Controllers" from the USA, also having taken part in the competition in Japan,
-"Cambridge Carbon Nanotechnology" from the University of Cambridge, UK
-"South East European University" from the Republic of Macedonia
-"WARR-Space-Elevator.Team" from the TUM.

Teams can still register up to the last-minute deadline of April 15th. A final team roster will be announced April 17th. The latest updated version of the EuSEC Competition Handbook and contact/registration info are available at http://eusec.warr.de
